In order to use RAM, your browser must be equipped for JavaScript, and you must have JavaScript enabled.

How do I know that I have a survey to take part in?

You will receive an e-mail with a link to the survey. The e-mail will tell you how long the survey will be active. Clicking on the link will take you directly to the questionnaire where you can answer the questions.

I am not taken directly to the survey, the link does not work.

If the link is broken, you can copy it and paste it into a new browser window or go to www.rampanel.com and log in using your login info.

How long does it take to answer a survey?

Survey length varies, but usually it doesn't take more than 5 minutes of your time.

What happens if I don't have time to respond to the survey?
The surveys are active for a limited period of time. After that point you cannot take part in that particluar survey, nor are any points awarded

How do I collect my rewards?

Under the heading "Rewards" on the panelist page, you can see how many surveys you have participated in and how many points you have earned. (It may take a few days before your points are updated after a survey.) On this page you can click to choose the award you want, once you amassed sufficient points. Awards are sent as soon as possible.

How do I change my e-mail address or other information?

Go in to www.rampanel.com. Log in and click on the heading "My Profile". At the bottom of the page, you will see an option that says "Update my profile". Click there and make the changes desired.

What if I no longer want to be involved in the panel?

Go to www.rampanel.com and click on the heading 'My Profile'. At the bottom of the page is a field where you can easily opt-out of future participation.

Can I be on multiple panels?
You can take part in up to five panels if you read multiple magazines, newspapers, etc. Upon registration, however, it is important that your user name is different for the various panels. You can, for example, use a capital letter or add a digit so the system will perceive the user name as new. The password can stay the same.

How do I change the language on the page?
Go to www.rampanel.com and choose the language in the menu under "Choose your language". Then log in with your user name and password.

What do I do if there appears to be a technical error in the survey or something that can't be answered?

If any part of the system is not working, an error message is automatically sent to the system administrator. We work as quickly as we can to fix the error. If the error is still evident when you enter the next survey, please notify RAM at info@rampanel.com.

Is my participation anonymous?
Any personal data supplied to the RAM in connection with registration will be used only by RAM and only in conjunction with administering the surveys. RAM will not disclose personal information to any third party. In the survey material that is distributed to customers, the identities of all panelists are removed. This means that the results of a survey can never be traced back to individual panelists.

Panel Members' e-mail addresses will not be passed on to any third party, which means that no spamming (marketing mailing, mass mailings via e-mail) will take place.
